A cropped version of the whole egret, but the detail on the step and shadowy reflection intrigued me, especially the puddling and the pick up of the red tiled roof in the ripples (another, more colorful view). Just the slightest movement creates concentric circles echoing out beyond the centric point.
The ripple effect, when one person's action or interaction spreads well beyond the original intent and impacts other actions/interactions, can lend itself to the facilitation of 'a movement'. The passion, enthusiasm, and innovation shared in the last four days of the Global Education Conference are a cacophony of sorts - a chaotic maze.
