Another drive-by shot while traveling to and from Tampa over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge overlooking the old bridge which is now a fishing pier. The pier is rarely vacant, always bustling with the activity and camaraderie of fishing. The sport of fishing is an interesting one with its intrinsic competition both with nature and among fellow fisher-people. It can be both solitary and social, accomplished from solid ground and from asea, and unusually considered 'successful' even if no fish were caught! :)

Unlike fishing, which is usually a bit more relaxed, some days are a blur...as indicated by today's photograph! Thanksgiving weekend is the kickoff for the upcoming holidays and time seems to be more precious as priorities shift to family, gift-giving, and those less fortunate.
