Selected cards fanned out, showing off their own intricate design and suggesting a possible game. Interestingly, each has a unique meaning...in fact, maybe more than one. Wonder what's in the cards? ;)

One interesting fact about cards - the kings (in French cards) all based on famous kings: spades -King David, hearts- Charlemagne, diamonds - Caesar, clubs - Alexander the Great. The queens and jacks were also based on historical or fictional figures. So that's in the cards, too.
