So 'by george' is not the famous Pat's or Geno's - but, a decent (and convenient) cheesesteak with provolone cheese (the best!) can be found under this neon advertisement. Cheesesteaks are ubiquitous in Philadelphia, but not all receive the generous attention and applause garnered by others.
