Looking up is so much more fun than looking down, as this perspective reveals...and couldn't be more satisfied with the bright blue sky and the hexagonal light shapes which mimic the street lamp openings (totally unplanned for, by the way). The clean lines and characteristic minimalism are stark, but not unfriendly. Instead, the shot evokes a sense of calm and respite...a nice welcome to the weekend!
