Just a little bit of pepper and this Copper River salmon is on its way to the grill...and, more importantly, onto my taste buds! :) Succulent and mouthwatering, this favorite fish is worth its extra price on occasion. And, it will always remind me of an informal reunion with two high school friends this time last year. :) Naples, FL
