Seeing this solitary bird on the wire that appears to divide made me think of the various choices we have and decisions we make every day - sometimes with purpose, but so often without an awareness of why we do what we do. This bird has a choice to fly away, to stay where he is on the wire, to move along the wire...and perhaps some other alternatives. No matter how you look at it, though, not making a decision is, in fact, making a decision. A bit of a conundrum? ;)

“There is no neutral ground in the universe; every square inch, every split second, is claimed by God and counter-claimed by Satan”
~ C.S. Lewis

So, if there is no escaping decision-making and the 'gray' area is blurred, how do we help those who don't care/know how to take responsibility for such judgments or take accompanying actions? US 41 E & Goodlette, Naples, FL
