This white-flowered stalk stands in contrast to the black swampy water in the environs of a natural Florida ecosystem. Both elements make an important contribution to survival. They are inter-dependent upon each other, much like the various elements of the human race. Accepting that relationship is a vital first step - nurturing it is a truly a challenge!
