Who needs a Gingerbread House when you can create a airplane 'sleigh' for Santa's deliveries...sans Rudolph!?? :) Our Culinary Arts students (both high school juniors & seniors and adults) host a district-wide gingerbread house competition and then auction off the results to the community. I love the creativity here - this side is a bit sloppy on the icing 'mortar' but I didn't like the distracting background on the opposite view. Allowing students an opportunity to 'stretch' their imaginations is so vital not only for their own development, but also for the health of our innovation process. Lorenzo Walker campus, Naples, FL

Very imaginative - I won't show this to my daughter. She wanted to make a gingerbread house but we watched 'Elf' instead!
