This royal tern joins his buddies for a rest on the pilings and looked so regal against the blue backdrop of sky and water! As always it is not hard for me to be drawn to the beach, not only because of its proximity, but because of its majesty, latent diversity, and ever-changing 'sameness'. The broad perspectives and the minute details all play a role in the beauty of the shoreline and the far-reaching waters. The appreciation for the amazement of nature and the occasional interplay with human beings contribute to my lens' attraction.
