Red bell pepper - whole, sliced open (with internal proliferation), and prepped for pasta primavera. A favorite in many recipes, this beautiful red vegetable is full of vitamins and nutrients, in addition to such vibrant color. Such a simple and personalized meal, pasta primavera is a favorite since it is relatively healthy, very easy and quick to prepare, and allows for whatever variety is readily available.
