You know it is summer in southwest Florida when the local Costco parking lot is empty. This shopping cart is only a few spaces away from the 'cart lot' and yet someone (likely not 'thinking') abandoned it with obvious disregard. It's funny how we sometimes are so casually oblivious to common courtesies - caught up in the daily pace... And, then, it's not so funny when the exception becomes the norm. Naples Blvd, Naples, FL
