Amidst a diverse assortment of culinary delights, this new Czech bistro and bakery seemed an unlikely survivor. Though I've never seen a vehicle parked in front of the restaurant, this review dubs it successful. It is definitely risky to open a new business during these economic times, especially one so niche-oriented, but it just goes to show 'nothing ventured, nothing gained'.
