Fresh! Red, orange, yellow peppers, tomatoes, parsley, and thyme - a great combination tossed with a little EVOO and maybe some pasta! Wish I could claim growing all from seed in my own garden - I miss gardening, but time and other priorities have prevented that from happening! I often wonder if/how most people would be able to provide food for themselves if the agriculture industry was impaired. Could you? Naples, FL
