Summer squash is plentiful this time of year and it absorbs flavor so, just some garlic, olive oil, ground pepper and a splash of white balsamic vinegar. When the harvest is abundant, we take advantage of its freshness - the vast amount of resources are matched with a variety of other ingredients to produce a stellar meal! Too bad we don't always try to do the same with human resources! Naples, FL
