A 'jungle' of sorts frames the Villas Escalante signage, but still it looks to be fairly maintained despite its purposefully rustic look. Framing and reframing are important communication tools to not only guide the course of the conversation, but also to bring clarity and focus to the issue. Group discussions within classrooms or teams can so easily get 'off task' or get discouraging or frustrating when the solution is not at hand. A skilled facilitator sees, even anticipates, the obstacles and is able to lead back to the main issue, keeping all perspectives in mind. 5th Ave S & 3rd St, Naples, FL
