The feathery bipinnate leaves of the jacaranda tree are ever so gracefully losing their lushness with a change to yellow and pockets of vacancies in the structure. Soon the branches will be bare, awaiting spring, when the burst of purple flowers announce the rebirth of this deciduous specimen. The hibernation can do a plant good! :) Naples, FL
